Clear info was there but much had to figure out yourself
The sales process provided some basic information, but I found that a lot of details about features and limits were left unclear. I had to spend time figuring out how the calling tools worked and how to set up the database feature properly on my own. The onboarding materials helped to some extent but were not comprehensive enough to cover all use cases. There was a good balance between what was explained and what needed personal effort, which is both good and bad. On the positive side, the pricing and sign-up steps were straightforward so no issues there. However, for a software that supports remote workflows, I expected more detailed guidance from the sales or onboarding representatives before purchase. The training sessions touched on the basics but left many practical questions unaddressed. It felt like I was partly buying a toolkit and partly having to customize and troubleshoot myself, rather than receiving a fully packaged solution.
