Clear info sometimes, confusing at others

I found the sales and pre-purchase explanations a bit of a mixed bag. On one hand, the initial overview was clear enough to understand what the software could do and what training options were available. On the other hand, some details about features like the dialer tools and how automatic updates would work got lost in the way they were communicated. It felt at times like I was getting lots of general info but not enough specifics, which made it hard to decide if the database feature suited my existing workflow. I kept coming back to the same questions and wishing there was a simpler breakdown somewhere. So while they got the basics right, the clarity went up and down depending on what part of the process I was focused on. I guess overall it was decent enough to get started, but I would have appreciated a bit more directness in how certain things were explained to help reduce the back and forth.
