Clear info on payment, sales process murky
When I first looked into the product, I had to do a lot of figuring out myself because the sales information wasn’t very detailed. At one point, I specifically appreciated how clearly the payment and invoicing process was explained—it was straightforward and left no confusion about what to expect after signing up. However, the rest of the pre-purchase experience was vague. I remember trying to find specifics on the software’s dialing tools and training modules, but much of that required reaching out or searching various support FAQs without concise answers. The website seemed to leave many details implied rather than fully described, so I had to make assumptions that later turned out to be challenges during onboarding. Because of that, my expectations didn’t fully align with reality, leading to some early frustrations in setting things up. The individual moment of clarity around invoicing helped me feel more secure about financial commitments at least. Still, the bulk of the sales process lacked transparency from my perspective, creating unnecessary extra work before even starting the service.
