Clear info but slow replies left me doubting
The team was pretty clear in explaining what the software package includes, and how sign-up and payment would work, so I'll give credit where it's due. Getting the invoice was straightforward and didn't pose a problem. However, the responsiveness of the support team really left something to be desired. I waited longer than expected to get answers to my specific questions about the database features and the dialer tool. When replies did come, they were helpful enough but the delay was frustrating because it slowed down my entire onboarding process. I also felt a bit unsure whether the training would cover everything I needed, partly because I had to seek clarifications myself rather than being proactively helped. The automatic updates came regularly, which is good, but no one reached out to explain new changes or advise on how they might impact my workflow, so I was left guessing. That added to my reservations. In short, the sales process was effective at giving me information up front, and I found invoicing easy. The less-than-ideal follow-up and communication speed made me question some aspects of customer care here. Despite this, the software features seem solid enough that I could stick with it, but I might be cautious about relying solely on the support team to help with technical issues in future. It was a balance of good initial info and slow response that shaped how I felt overall.
