Clear info but missed some billing and update details
When I first signed up, the explanation of the software’s core features and training modules was thorough and easy to understand. The onboarding flow was detailed, helping me grasp the basic functions of the calling tools and database interface. However, I felt that the pre-purchase communication fell short in clarifying the automatic update policy and the invoicing structure. I had to reach out separately to learn about these, which could have been included earlier. Overall, the product details were mostly clear, but a bit more transparency on payment and update cycles would have helped me plan better.
