Clear info and unclear details balanced out my sales talk impression
When I considered buying WFHI software and training, the explanations provided were a mix of clarity and confusion. On the positive side, the sales information clearly described the main features like the dialer and the database, giving me a good idea of what the tool aimed to do. The sign-up and payment system was explained well enough so I knew to expect invoices and a regular payment schedule. However, some aspects were vague or left too open-ended, such as how updates are delivered or exactly what kind of telephonic support is included. This lack of detail made me hesitant, as I was not sure how much hand-holding would be available after purchase. Overall, the concise descriptions on the product side balanced the less clear customer service elements. I would say the sales talk was informative but could be better by ironing out these unclear details before closing the sale.
