Clear guidance on training modules but confusing labels elsewhere

During my onboarding experience, I found that the training modules themselves were fairly clear and well-structured, at least in explaining the basic workflow one should follow when using the calling tools and database features. The step-by-step instructions within the training gave me a good sense of how to use the dialer and manage contacts effectively. However, the inconsistency in wording outside the training modules introduced some difficulty. Certain labels on the dashboard and in menus felt ambiguous, leading to guesswork about the function of a few buttons or sections. For example, the invoicing and payment interface showed terms that were not aligned consistently with what the training emphasized, causing a few moments of hesitation. On top of that, automatic updates sometimes changed terminology slightly without warnings in advance, creating further confusion about what actions were needed. Telephonic support was available and courteous but didn’t always clarify labeling issues thoroughly. Taking all this into account, it seems the positive side came from the structured training content itself which helped me learn the basics, while the product’s interface language outside of those sections would benefit from a more standardized approach to prevent misunderstanding throughout the setup and ongoing use phases.
