Clear for organized teams, less so if you like to explore slowly
The labeling and wording during sales and pre-purchase explanations generally made sense, especially when I first encountered the database feature. At that moment, the clear labeling of filters and search fields helped me understand what kind of records I could maintain in the system. However, much of the surrounding terminology during onboarding was less explicit, which meant I spent extra time figuring out how the dialer and calling tools related to the database actions. If you are someone who likes to dive in and learn by experimenting, this product will probably suit you well. On the other hand, if you prefer detailed, step-by-step explanations up front, some of the terms might feel a little vague. The training and support did help clarify things later, but I wish the initial wording could be just a little more straightforward to reduce that early confusion.
