Clear for organised users, maybe tricky for beginners

Looking back on my experience with WFHI's sales and pre-purchase explanations, I feel the overall clarity really depends on the user's familiarity with such software. For someone like me, who is fairly organised and comfortable with digital tools, the explanations about features like the calling dialer, database integration and invoicing process felt adequate overall. Most information was conveyed reasonably well, although some technical terms related to automatic updates and workflow management required additional research outside the onboarding material. I suspect this system suits individuals who can independently figure things out or have prior remote work experience. Conversely, if someone is new to remote workflows or prefers very detailed, step-by-step guidance upfront, they might find the pace and depth of explanation less suited to their style. The sign-up and payment procedures were straightforward, but the training and support communications could feel a bit assumed knowledge rather than always beginner-friendly.
