Clear for novices, might confuse advanced users

I was trying to set up the calling workflow using the dialer and database features. The labels and wording were mostly clear when moving through onboarding and training, especially for someone like me who hasn't done this kind of thing before. The steps were named logically, and the instructions aligned well with the actions I needed to take. However, after the initial setup, I found some of the labels in the calling interface a bit ambiguous, which occasionally made me hesitate when trying to manage my contacts. It seemed like the terminology assumed a certain level of experience that I hadn’t quite reached yet. I appreciated the warm support during onboarding that clarified some of these points, but for ongoing use, things could be clearer. I think this software suits beginners who want straightforward guidance, but those more familiar with remote workflow tools might find the labels somewhat basic or inconsistent. Overall, a mixed feeling: easy to get started with but with room to improve clarity for regular use.
