Clear for experienced, confusing for beginners
I expected the training and onboarding to be fairly simple and labelled clearly, but my experience was mixed. Some parts of the workflow and terminology were straightforward and made sense, helping me get started quickly. However, in other places, the labels for functions or steps seemed a bit vague or overly technical, which slowed down my progress. For those already familiar with remote workflow software, I think this interface and wording would be quite suitable and easy to understand. But for beginners or users not used to these terms, it might cause frustration, requiring additional support. The calling tools were mostly intuitive once I got past the initial learning curve, and the invoicing process was transparent enough. I’d say the training materials strike a balance but might not be ideal for someone expecting very simple instructions. Overall, a solid option if you’re comfortable with some software jargon, but others might want more hand-holding.
