clear fit for my work hours
I appreciated how the onboarding and training sessions were scheduled reasonably close to my actual work times. It felt practical since I wasn’t left waiting long periods or pushed into slots that overlapped with my daily responsibilities. The training materials matched the pace I needed – not rushed, not dragging – which kept me engaged without feeling overwhelmed. However, I did notice that some parts of the onboarding assumed a bit more background knowledge about the workflow tools than I had, so there was a little struggle in those early modules. But overall, it adjusted well enough and didn’t cause much disruption. I would say the setup times and sessions were balanced suitably, even if a tad more detailed introduction to some features might have helped me feel faster at ease. It’s not a significant drawback for me, just an observation for how the onboarding aligned with the hours I actually worked each day.
