Clear explanations were partly missing compared to expectations

Before signing up, I expected the sales process to fully explain all aspects of the software and training modules, especially how the automatic updates would affect my workflow. While most parts were clearly outlined, I found that some details about the invoicing frequency and priority assistance were less emphasized than I anticipated. The initial information session covered the calling tools and dialer functionalities well, but I had to seek clarifications later about the database management features on my own. My experience was that although the core training and software access procedures were made straightforward, some nuances about ongoing usage weren’t as explicitly communicated upfront. This caused me a bit of confusion at times when I compared my expectations with the reality of interacting with the system daily. Still, the support team was willing to clear doubts when I reached out, which helped to bridge those gaps. Compared to what I thought I would get, the explanation regarding data syncing and update timings could have been better detailed during pre-purchase talks. Overall, the sales and onboarding were positive, but I feel more comprehensive upfront details about the full software capabilities would have improved the whole start-to-finish clarity.
