Clear explanations were hit and miss

When I first accessed the WFHI software, the interface was straightforward enough, but some explanations around key features seemed vague. For example, there was a moment while trying to set up the database feature where I couldn’t quite figure out how to import my contacts properly. The help tooltip I found didn't clarify much, which left me guessing for a while. On the other hand, the call dialer setup was simpler than I expected, and the onboarding reminders helped me keep track of progress. However, apart from those points, the access instructions and walkthroughs didn’t offer consistent clarity. Sometimes I’d notice a mismatch between what was narrated in the videos and what the software actually did. So overall, I think the clear guidance came in fits and starts rather than a smooth, understandable process. My final verdict is that the software was partly user-friendly but could have benefited from better explanation in some areas to avoid confusion, especially for new users like myself.
