Clear explanations were better than I expected at first
When I first started the training sessions, I wasn’t quite sure what level of detail to expect in the explanations. I had anticipated pretty basic overviews but found that the trainers went further to clarify even somewhat tricky parts of the software, like the dialer functionality and database management. They used examples that matched tasks I might actually do, which made it easier to follow. However, at times, some terminology or steps seemed a bit too technical and led me to pause and re-listen to parts of the videos. So in that way, the clarity was generally better than expected but not always perfectly accessible. What stood out was how the onboarding flow broke down learning into manageable steps, which helped a lot. Overall, the quality was definitely above average for these kinds of remote workflow programs, even though I occasionally had to check back for understanding.
