Clear explanations took their time but paid off
When I started training and onboarding with WFHI, I wasn't sure how much effort would be needed, but the process turned out to be quite thorough. The training sessions didn’t rush through topics; instead, each was explained clearly with examples that related to real remote workflow situations. Sometimes I had to repeat sections to get a better understanding, but that helped cement how the dialer and database actually integrate during a workday. The onboarding also took time to ensure that I had set up my workspace correctly and was comfortable navigating automatic updates. Although it required patience on my part, the clear explanations and step-by-step guidance made me feel prepared to use the software effectively. I recognized that investing time upfront is important for this kind of remote work tool, so even though it wasn’t instant or effortless, it was worthwhile. So all in all, I felt the clarity and detail provided during training gave me a solid foundation to carry forward with confidence.
