Clear explanations, suited for those new to remote workflows
Before signing up, I had a lot of questions about how the software and training would work. The pre-purchase explanations provided by WFHI were very clear and thorough, which I appreciated. They took time to explain the main features and how onboarding would proceed, making me feel somewhat prepared. However, I did have a small reservation about the pace of some modules; a slower pace might have helped others like me absorb more easily. That said, this wouldn’t be an issue for someone already familiar with remote tools. I think WFHI’s approach is ideal if you want a structured intro to managing remote workflows, but maybe less suited if you prefer a faster or more hands-on trial experience. Overall, I was quite satisfied with the clarity and patience in the sales process.
