Clear explanations sometimes mixed with confusion, still worth retrying
The explanations around the billing and payments were clear in many respects, especially regarding how invoices would be generated and when payments were due. This helped me plan my workflow accordingly and provided a sense of control over the timing. However, there were moments when terms overlapped or caused uncertainty, like differentiating between subscription types or fee descriptions. I found myself wanting a bit more detail or examples to fully grasp these distinctions. Despite this, the payment interface itself was user-friendly, and it didn’t feel intimidating to navigate. Considering the balance of helpfulness and occasional confusion, I would still consider using WFHI's payment system again. It’s not perfect, but given the overall positive elements and manageable learning curve, returning as a customer feels viable for me.
