Clear explanations, so I’d rate it well
I found the software explanations quite clear overall, which really helped me get started with the tools without feeling lost. The training materials were straightforward, guiding me through the calling tools and database features step-by-step without overcomplicating things. I especially appreciated how the automatic updates were communicated so I knew when new features or fixes were applied. Sometimes I felt like I had to ask a couple of times on the phone support to get exactly what I was looking for, but they were always patient and helpful in the end. Sign-up and invoicing were handled smoothly, and payment was a no-fuss process which I liked. The one tiny downside was that occasionally the way some features were explained made me wish for a quick visual demo, but the written info was solid enough to get by. Overall, my experience was positive and I’d say the clarity of communication was a big plus when using their software.
