Reflecting on my experience with the WFHI software and access, I found the clarity around the database feature to be particularly helpful. When I initially started using the software, some aspects of navigating through the database seemed a bit overwhelming, but the training sessions had a clear explanation focusing on how to organize and use the database effectively. That made it easier to keep track of contacts and manage information without feeling lost. The explanations covered not only how to input data but also how automatic updates would reflect changes without requiring much interference. However, I did notice that the dialer tool could have benefited from a more thorough explanation since at times it wasn’t immediately obvious how to optimize calling sequences. Overall, because I had a solid grasp on the database part, I was able to work around the dialer quirks fairly well. The sign-up and payment process was straightforward and didn’t detract from my early impression. After some experience, I can say the software access and associated guidance left me feeling generally satisfied but with room for improvement in certain features.
