Clear explanations on calling tool, less so on database
Reflecting back on the training and onboarding experience with WFHI, I found that certain aspects were handled much better than others. The initial walkthrough and explanations related to the calling dialer were quite clear; I could understand its features and how to integrate it into my remote workflow, which helped me get started without feeling overwhelmed. However, when it came to learning how to utilize the database feature effectively, the instructions seemed less detailed. Some important functions and best practices weren't explained fully, so I was left experimenting or looking for external resources to feel confident. The automatic updates to the software thankfully did not disrupt my use, and the telephonic support was available to assist when needed, although I didn’t always get the answers as quickly as I hoped. Overall, while some parts of the onboarding were very helpful with clear communication, others could benefit from additional guidance. This mix has made me appreciate the areas that worked well and think about how to improve my own learning approach for the less intuitive sections.
