Clear explanations? Not really, but okay for patient beginners

I’ll start by saying that the telephonic support was polite enough and they did respond to my queries, which is something. However, when it came to explaining how to use the dialer or the database features, I often found myself more confused after the calls than before. The people I spoke to sometimes used jargon or skipped steps that I needed spelled out in simple terms. It felt like they expected me to already know a lot about remote workflow software, which I didn’t. If you are a total beginner, you might find the training material quite technical without more detailed help. On the upside, the sign-up and billing processes were straightforward and I never had issues with invoicing. So if you are comfortable figuring things out on your own with minimal guidance, you’ll probably be okay. But if you need clear, step-by-step instructions and fast turnaround on support calls, this might not be the best fit for you.
