Clear explanations mostly, surprised by update communication
Going through the training and onboarding offered by WorkFromHomeIndia, I found that the clarity of instructions about using the database and dialer was quite good. They explained the core features in a way that felt accessible, making it easier to get started. However, I was surprised that the communication around automatic software updates was not as explicit. I noticed updates during daily use that changed some interface elements without much upfront explanation in the training. This created a momentary confusion and required me to check support resources to understand the changes. While the rest of the training was clear and straightforward, this particular aspect stood out because I expected every update to be clearly flagged in the onboarding phase, so users aren’t caught off guard. On balance, the training and onboarding did its main job well enough but could add better detail on update procedures in the future sessions to smooth the transition.
