Clear explanations mostly suited for those new to remote workflows
The explanations during sign-up and training were clear and easy to follow, which I appreciated. WFHI’s onboarding made understanding the software quite straightforward, especially the dialer and database functionalities. I think it would suit someone new to this kind of remote work system rather well since the steps don’t get bogged down with technical jargon. However, if you have a lot of prior experience, some parts might feel a little too basic and could benefit from more advanced details. I liked that the calling tools and automatic updates were described neatly, so I rarely had to guess what would happen next. Support was available to ask quick questions, which added to the clarity overall. While I enjoyed the smoothness of the process, I do think it’s best for users who want a clear, well-explained introduction rather than a deep dive right away. So, if you prefer a simple and organized start, this will suit you well, but experts might want something a bit more detailed after this.
