When I started using the software, I expected the instructions and explanations to be very clear and comprehensive, and for the most part, they were. The onboarding flow was straightforward, which made setting up and accessing the calling tools and dialer quite convenient. I especially appreciated how the automatic updates feature minimized the need for manual checks. One reservation I still have is that some of the more advanced features in the database were only loosely explained, which meant I had to spend additional time figuring them out on my own. This contrasted with the rest of the training, which was well paced and detailed. So while I got a positive overall impression, I think the documentation or training around certain database functions could be enhanced to fully meet user expectations. Nonetheless, the support team was helpful whenever I reached out, which balanced things well.
