Clear explanations mostly helped but some features still unclear
Reflecting on my experience with WFHI software and access, I can say that the onboarding instructions were generally clear and well-structured. The step-by-step guide for setting up my account and accessing the various modules, like the dialer and database, was helpful. This steady lead-in helped me establish my workflow with confidence, although it took some time to adapt fully. One aspect that stood out positively was how the automatic updates were communicated; notifications allowed me to plan my usage without interruptions. However, when it came to some of the more complex database features, I found explanations a bit lacking. It required trial and error to grasp how these parts fit into my daily tasks, something I only realized after a few weeks of use. Although these gaps didn’t hamper my overall usage, I did wish the training had deeper dives into those areas. In the longer term, I feel the experience was productive, if occasionally leaving me to figure out certain nuances independently. This insight took time to develop but shaped my appreciation for the software’s depth and learning curve.
