Clear explanations met expectations, though some finer details were light
Before finalizing my WFHI subscription, I paid close attention to how clearly the sales and pre-purchase process explained things. The onboarding materials and initial phone contact laid out the features I would get access to—especially around the database and dialer tools—and the payment process was described well enough. I expected detailed walkthroughs of each software component, and while most explanations did the job, I found that some of the training material skimmed over deeper usage scenarios. That said, the sign-up and invoicing steps were straightforward, and the support available during setup answered most questions. Overall, the explanation matched my practical needs, but a few advanced details during pre-purchase might have made me feel even more confident in the investment.
