Clear explanations made the process repeatable and I'd use it again
My experience with WFHI’s sales and pre-purchase process was generally very clear and helpful. The sign-up steps were explained in plain language with no hidden complications. I appreciated the way the invoicing and payment procedures were detailed upfront; this transparency helped me manage expectations from an administrative perspective. Throughout the onboarding, the breakdown of the software features and training content was easy to follow and well structured. Each module clarified what was expected and how to progress, which made it easier to learn and retain the material. The telephonic support team also helped clarify small doubts promptly, preventing any serious delays. Although the initial setup required some effort, once completed, the automatic updates ensured improvements were in place without manual intervention. Overall, the process was efficient and dependable. Given this experience, I would be willing to go through the same process again if needed, since it’s straightforward and properly managed. The entire pre-purchase explanation phase gave me confidence and a clear roadmap of what was involved. This kind of clarity was exactly what I wanted going into the WFHI software and training platform.
