Honestly, I was pretty happy with how clearly WFHI explained everything before I bought the software and training. The sales process wasn’t pushy, and they made sure to break down all parts of the package—especially the signup and payment steps—which I always find a little confusing elsewhere. They had this nice little walkthrough on how the invoicing will work that really cleared up my doubts. I especially liked how they explained the benefits of the automatic updates, something I wouldn’t have thought much about but turned out useful for me. What didn’t go so well was at the stage of getting started with the dialer; the instructions felt a bit skimpy. Still, the explanation around payment was spot on, which helped me get past my hesitation. That clarity kept me confident that I was making the right choice and saved a lot of back and forth. I’d definitely say the pre-purchase explanations around payment and signup were a real highlight for me.
