Clear explanations made accessing software straightforward enough to try again
I found the software mostly straightforward to access thanks to some very clear explanations given during the onboarding. The step-by-step instructions covered all the necessary actions without becoming overwhelming. That said, a couple of the more technical terms could have been simplified for absolute clarity. But overall, the system worked smoothly and enabled me to get into the workflow without delays. I appreciated the automatic updates which took pressure off me to manually check for changes. Given the clear communication and how the software did what it promised, I would definitely try using it again next time I need to set up something similar.
