Clear explanations in some parts, but others left me confused

When I first looked into WFHI's offering, I found some parts of the pre-purchase information very detailed and straightforward. The description of the software features, like the dialer and database capabilities, was precise and helped me understand what to expect. However, in contrast, the explanation about the invoicing and payment process was somewhat vague. It wasn’t immediately clear how easy or difficult signing up and managing multiple invoices would be. I had to ask several follow-up questions before feeling comfortable. The onboarding process was again mixed: some steps were logically ordered, but the training schedule felt a bit scattered and not aligned with typical working hours. On the positive side, the support staff was helpful permanently during the evaluation stage, answering my queries politely and providing guidance without too much delay. Overall, while the clarity in describing the software’s core functions was good, the details on the administrative parts could have been better communicated. This mixture left me appreciating the thorough parts but wishing for more uniform explanations throughout all materials. I think clearer upfront info would help others avoid the hesitation I experienced.
