Clear explanations felt lacking; probably not for beginners

I would summarize my experience with WFHI’s sales and pre-purchase information as somewhat confusing overall. Right from the start, it was not clear how the database feature would align with my actual workflow, which made me hesitate. The documentation was somewhat technical and not as accessible as I had expected, which could easily discourage someone not familiar with remote workflow software already. Setting up the calling tools and dialer had ambiguities that didn’t get resolved by the material provided ahead of purchase, leading to reliance on telephonic support. While the support was polite and did their best, it felt more like patching than offering clear step-by-step guidance. The automatic updates were a good aspect because they happened smoothly, but that did not offset the other gaps in clarity. The invoicing and payment details were adequately handled but didn’t cover the many questions I had before signing up. Based on this, I’d say the system suits those with a decent technical background and patience for some trial and error but would likely frustrate beginners or anyone needing detailed upfront clarity before committing.
