Clear explanations, especially for the dialer
After having walked many people through similar software before, I have to say I appreciated how clearly WFHI explained the dialer setup within their platform. The way the access management was detailed helped avoid the usual confusion about permissions and entry points. The software itself is designed with some complexity, but the help documents and in-app tips made the steps straightforward enough that I didn't need to constantly reach out for help. That’s a relief since calling tools can be really frustrating if they’re not explained well. The invoicing and sign-up process was clean and didn’t leave me wondering what was next, which can often drag onboarding out unnecessarily. Overall, I felt the clarity in instructions saved me from extra headaches, and that alone makes the software accessible for people who might otherwise drop off at the first hurdle. Of course, there were plenty of features to explore beyond the basics, but the clear access bits stood out as especially well done. Updates ran automatically with zero interruptions, which was nice too.
