Clear explanations, but time-consuming process
When I first signed up, I appreciated the clear explanations provided during the onboarding and training stages. It took some time to understand all the features like the dialer, database access, and the calling tools, but the way these were presented was methodical and thorough. The invoicing and payment procedures were also explained well, which helped avoid confusion down the line. However, despite the clarity, the overall time taken to complete the setup and get comfortable with the software felt quite lengthy. I found myself investing a considerable number of hours just to grasp everything satisfactorily. On the plus side, automatic updates happened smoothly and didn’t disrupt my workflow. Telephonic support whenever I reached out was patient and gave detailed responses, which I appreciate. Although more time was required upfront, having a strong foundation meant I felt more confident going into regular use. Balancing the detail-oriented approach against the duration required made me think it's a worthwhile investment if you have the patience for it.
