Clear explanations but some parts could be simpler
The pre-purchase explanations for what I was getting with each software package were detailed and mostly clear, which helped me make an informed decision. The use of labels and descriptions was consistent, particularly about the dialer and database features. However, there was a bit of complexity when it came to the invoicing and payment steps that made me cautious. While the support team was quite helpful in answering my questions, the initial onboarding flow could have been a bit easier to follow. Overall, the transparency was a strong point, but if I'd suggest anything, it might be to simplify some of the processes to make the experience smoother. Still, I appreciated how much information was provided up front, even if it required a little extra patience.
