Clear explanations but missed a bit of depth
The support team did a good job of explaining the key steps when I reached out for help. Their voice was calm and they guided me through how to use the calling tools clearly. However, I felt the explanations were somewhat surface level and didn't go into enough detail about the more complex features. This left me slightly unsure when trying to make advanced changes on my own. Having a little more depth or examples in the communication might have helped me gain confidence faster. Overall, communication was timely and polite but could improve in thoroughness for more experienced users.
