Clear explanations balanced with frustrating gaps
I've been through this WFHI support process more than once now, and honestly, it has its ups and downs. On the positive side, when I called their telephonic support, the representatives did explain some of the software features quite clearly. For instance, understanding how the dialer integrated with the database was straightforward enough, and the instructions on automatic updates were pretty explicit. Yet, on the flip side, I found the onboarding flow explanations inconsistent. Some crucial steps, like how invoicing worked after sign-up, left me confused, and troubleshooting the calling tools needed an extra bit of patience. Communication sometimes felt rushed, like they were eager to move on. The invoicing and payment process wasn't always clarified without asking several questions, which drained time I didn't expect to spend. Overall, it’s a mixed bag since certain parts ran smoothly with clear guidance, but other parts genuinely could have saved me time if explained better. The telephonic support's willingness was good, though their clarity varied depending on the topic. So, if you're about to start, prepare for some back-and-forth but expect that at least parts of the setup will be well-explained enough to get you going if you keep at it.
