Clear explanation was good, but pricing details were missing
The sales team was quite clear in explaining the features of the WFHI software. They walked me through the main tools like the dialer, database features, and the onboarding training. I appreciated how the process was straightforward and practical. However, one thing I found missing was a thorough explanation of the billing and payment options before purchase. It left me a bit uncertain about the payment intervals and invoice generation. Though the core explanation did the job well, having all the pricing details upfront would have been even more helpful to make a confident decision before signing up.
