Clear explanation stands out without doubt
The overall clarity provided during the sales and pre-purchase phase was good and left little room for confusion. Every aspect of the software, from the database management to the dialer features, was explained with sufficient detail. While the invoicing and payment process was straightforward, there was a fair amount of information to absorb regarding ongoing updates and maintenance. The positive point was how transparent the communication was, ensuring I understood what to expect without any hidden surprises. The only minor downside was that some technical jargon initially made understanding certain workflows a bit challenging until I got used to the terms. Nevertheless, this by no means overshadowed the thoroughness of the explanations. I would sum it up simply by saying that the explanations were clear and set realistic expectations, which made my decision to proceed an easy one.
