I’ve explained remote software training before, so I wasn’t expecting much new, but the way the WFHI team laid out the dialer onboarding was surprisingly clear. They didn’t rush past important bits, which usually happens, and they covered how the calling tools integrate with the database. It made setting up the workflow less of a headache than the usual.
