Before starting the training, I expected things to be quite complicated and not very well organized. Usually, when you opt for software-based training, the instructions can be all over the place and you might end up confused pretty fast. This was not the case here at all. The onboarding process was much clearer than I anticipated. For instance, the walkthrough of how to use the calling dialer and manage the database was very straightforward and helped reduce the learning curve significantly. Unlike other training programs where the theory drags on endlessly or technical instructions aren’t very clear, here I found explanations to be very practical and easy to follow. Automatic updates were also described well enough that I never felt lost when the interface changed slightly. The only area that didn't fully meet expectations was the initial invoice and payment procedures. They could have been explained a bit better upfront to avoid some minor confusion. But overall, the clarity in the training outweighed this small hiccup and it made the whole onboarding feel like a smooth process rather than a chore.
