Clear explanation? Not quite there for me
Looking back on when I first explored the sign-up and payment process, I realize now that a lot of the information was not as clear as I initially thought. The sales and pre-purchase explanations left me somewhat confused about how ongoing training and software updates would be handled. It was only after attempting to navigate the dashboard and using the dialer that I started understanding parts of the workflow, but even then, several things were left vague. For instance, automatic updates were mentioned, but I wasn’t clear if they would disrupt my database or cause downtime. The invoicing and payment procedures felt a bit rushed during the onboarding, which made me hesitant to commit fully. Reflecting on it, I think the moment it really clicked that this might not fully suit my working style was when the calling tools didn’t behave as intuitively as I expected. Support was helpful on calls, but the initial marketing materials didn’t prepare me for what would be involved later. I appreciate some of the features, but clarity beforehand would have made a big difference in my comfort with the product.
