Clear explanation? No, it simply wasn’t.

I found the clarity of WFHI’s explanations during the support calls and documentation to be severely lacking. From the start, I expected the support team to provide detailed and practical solutions, but more often than not, I ended up more confused than before. The onboarding steps were outlined in a way that seemed simple on paper but was difficult to interpret in practice without additional clarification. The automatic updates feature added to my frustration because the notifications didn’t clearly communicate what had changed or how it might affect my workflow. The calling tools and dialer needed tweaks which I couldn’t implement myself, yet the guidance to do so was either insufficient or too vague. Even the database functions came with instructions that assumed prior knowledge rather than walking me through the basics. Payment and invoicing seemed straightforward but the whole point of this process was to enable a seamless start, which was undermined by unclear support. Telephonic assistance promised to help with issues but often lacked the precision needed to resolve problems efficiently. Summing it up, the explanations simply did not do their job, leaving me largely to fend for myself, and that caused considerable frustration over the course of my experience.
