Mujhe lagta hai sales team ne product ke baare mein pura clear nahi bataya. Jo basic information chahiye thi, woh mil gayi thi, magar jab thodi detail mein jaana chahta tha toh confused reh gaya. Unhone features ke baare mein generally baat ki, par implementation ke point pe kuch misunderstandings hui. Jo bhi documentation mili, wo thodi generic thi aur specific queries ke liye zabardasti phone karna padha. Itna bhi complicated nahi tha, par mujhe lagta hai ki agar ye sab thoda aur upfront clear hota toh main better decision le paata. Toh abhi tak sales experience thoda flat raha, information ka flow sahi nahi tha puri tarah. Hopefully next time kisi se baat karunga toh aur better clarity milegi, warna aise hi confused rehna padega. Toh basically maine clear explanation ke liye itna acha nahi mana.
