Clear explanation missing: pros and cons
My experience with WFHI support was quite mixed. On one hand, the telephonic support was accessible and the team was polite which helped me stay calm during the onboarding. However, the explanations about some aspects were really unclear and confusing. For example, when I tried to understand the dialer functionality and how it integrates with the database feature, I had to ask multiple times because the instructions were partial. This made the initial setup frustrating as essential details were missing. On the positive side, once I got past the initial confusion, the software worked as expected. But honestly, if the support had explained things more clearly upfront, my whole experience would have been smoother. So overall, the friendliness of the support is the good side, while the lack of clarity in communication is a serious drawback. It’s a practical consideration if you expect direct, precise help without needing follow ups.
