Clear explanation made me consider signing up again
Before purchasing the WFHI software and training, I appreciated how clearly the sales team explained the features and what to expect from the onboarding process. They highlighted the dialer and database integration quite well, and I felt reasonably prepared. However, I did notice some technical terms could have been broken down further for a complete newbie like me. Despite that slight reservation, I found the payment and invoicing process straightforward and transparent, which helped. Given this balanced experience, I would probably sign up again but would seek more detailed pre-purchase walkthroughs before committing fully.
