Clear explanation except the database part could be clearer
The training and onboarding process was mostly very clear and well-structured. The videos and documentation provided laid out the basics in a logical sequence, which helped me grasp the core workflows effectively. However, one particular section about managing and using the database left me slightly confused. While instructors covered many aspects in detail, the explanation on how to integrate the database with daily remote tasks felt somewhat rushed. I had to rewatch that module multiple times to fully understand the practical uses. It would have been beneficial to have a few real-world examples or a step-by-step walk-through specifically focused on this feature. Aside from this, the rest of the onboarding materials were quite thorough, and the team was prompt in answering follow-up questions. The flow and timelines for each training segment were adequately paced, allowing me to absorb information without feeling overwhelmed. Overall, the clarity was good enough to get started and make use of the calling tools and dialer quickly, although a bit more depth on some database operations could improve the onboarding experience for others in the future.
