Clear enough labels and wording, I’d say go for it

Thinking aloud here, I wasn’t entirely sure how coherent the wording and labels within the WFHI software and website would be. Sometimes, software like this has odd or confusing names for tools, and training sections that don’t quite match what you’d expect. But after exploring, I can say the terms used generally made sense. The dialer and database features were labeled properly, so I usually knew where to go for what I wanted. Of course, some of the documentation could be clearer or more detailed in places to avoid guessing, but on the whole, it wasn’t too confusing. The sign-up and payment invoices also used straightforward language, which helped me not overthink the process. So, although I was initially a bit unsure about the clarity, I ended up feeling comfortable with how things were named and presented. The verdict? I think it’s pretty user-friendly overall. Anyone who can navigate simple software should be fine jumping in without too much trouble.
