Clear enough interface but could use some better wording
I find the software pretty user-friendly overall, but the way some of the labels and commands are worded could be confusing at first. For example, the database feature is prominently displayed but the terminology around data filtering options was not immediately clear to me. It made initial setup and navigation a bit slower, though not impossible. The calling tools and dialer worked well, and once you understand the terms, everything fits together nicely. Outside of a few confusing labels, the onboarding flow made sense and the steps were logical, which helped me learn the system relatively fast. I think the user experience would benefit greatly from tweaking the wording and rephrasing some instructions to avoid any ambiguity. In sum, I’d say the platform is reliable and functional but not always intuitively worded, which slightly detracts from an otherwise solid remote workflow environment.
