Clear enough for most, but some wording might confuse beginners
The training and onboarding materials were practical and served the purpose of helping me get started, especially with the database feature and setting up the dialer. The software’s labels and instructions were mostly clear, though occasionally some wording felt like it could have been more straightforward. For example, a few menu options were not immediately intuitive, so I had to experiment a bit, which slowed things down for me. Still, the guidance provided in training sessions made up for the lack of clarity in labeling, and after some use, the workflow began to feel decent. I think this product would suit users who are comfortable with technology and willing to spend some effort learning the system through training. However, if clarity of every single label and term is essential to you from the start, or if you prefer a system that demands no trial and error, this might not be the perfect fit. Overall, the onboarding did the job well enough to get me working effectively in a reasonable time.
